Scheduling and Pricing
We quote commercial cleaning as a flat rate per visit or per month, based on square footage, number of restrooms, how often you need service and any specialty tasks. Nightly, several times a week, weekly and one-time cleans are all available.

1. Walkthrough
We visit your space, or review photos and a floor plan, to understand the square footage, traffic, restrooms and any special areas.
2. Custom Checklist
We write a checklist for your space: what gets cleaned every visit, what rotates weekly or monthly, and anything that needs special care, such as electronics, display cases or studio floors.
3. Schedule and Access
We agree on cleaning times and access, whether that is keys, alarm codes or a building contact, and who at your business receives updates.
4. Ongoing Service
The same crew cleans your space whenever possible. If anything is missed, tell us within 24 hours and we fix it on our next available visit or sooner.
