Pricing
Window cleaning is priced per window. It can cost as little as about $20 per window, up to about $50 per window for a two-story exterior window. We confirm a flat total before we start, based on the number of windows, their size and height, and whether you want inside, outside or both.
Safety and Access
We clean the windows we can reach safely. For very high exterior glass on multi-story buildings, we will tell you honestly if the job needs a specialist with lift equipment. Please move fragile items away from sills before we arrive.

How We Clean Windows
Pre-Rinse and Scrub
Exterior glass gets a scrub with a window solution to loosen desert dust and grime before anything is squeegeed, so grit is not dragged across the glass.
Squeegee and Detail
Glass is squeegeed in clean passes and edges are detailed by hand, which is what leaves glass streak-free instead of hazy in the afternoon sun.
Hard-Water Treatment
Lower panes hit by sprinklers get extra treatment for mineral spotting. We test first and tell you what can realistically come off.
Tracks and Sills Last
Tracks are vacuumed and sills wiped at the end, so any drips from the glass are cleaned up too.

Spring, after the windy season, and fall, after monsoon storms, are when Las Vegas windows need it most. Summer cleaning is best scheduled early in the morning, since glass that is baking in direct sun dries too fast and streaks. Most homes do well with exterior cleaning two to four times a year. Homes near construction or with sprinklers hitting the glass may need it more often.
Can you remove hard-water spots?
We remove most fresh hard-water spotting. Spots that have etched into the glass over years may not come out completely, and we will tell you before we start.
Do you clean screens?
Yes. Screens can be brushed and rinsed as part of the service; mention it when you book.
Do you clean second-story windows?
Yes, for two-story homes where we can reach the glass safely. Pricing for two-story exterior windows is higher, up to about $50 per window.
Will you come inside my home?
Only if you book interior glass. Exterior-only window cleaning can be done without anyone home, as long as we can access the yard.
