We need access to an outdoor water spigot. Please move cars, furniture, planters and anything fragile out of the area. If there are surfaces with special finishes or delicate landscaping nearby, point them out and we will work around them.

We quote pressure washing as a flat rate based on the square footage of the area, the surface type and how heavy the staining is. Photos of the area help us give an accurate quote quickly.

Our Pressure Washing Process
1. Inspect the Surface
We look at the material, its age and the stains, and set the pressure and nozzle for that surface. Too much pressure can etch concrete or strip stucco; too little leaves grime behind.
2. Pre-Treat Stains
Oil, grease and heavy stains get a pre-treatment that breaks them down before washing, which removes far more than pressure alone.
3. Wash in Even Passes
Surfaces are washed in overlapping, even passes to avoid the stripes and wand marks that rushed jobs leave on concrete.
4. Rinse and Check
Everything is rinsed clean, including splash-back on walls, doors and windows nearby, and checked before we pack up.

Will pressure washing remove oil stains completely?
Fresh stains usually come out fully. Old oil that has soaked deep into concrete often lightens significantly but may leave a shadow.
Is pressure washing safe for pavers and stucco?
Yes, when the pressure is set for the surface. We use lower pressure on stucco, painted surfaces and delicate pavers.
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily. We need access to the area and an outdoor water spigot.
