Terms of Service: The Cleaners 702

Effective Date: January 01,2026

By booking a service with The Cleaners 702, you (the “Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality experience for both our clients and our cleaning professionals.

1. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any area of your home, please notify us within 24 hours of the service. We will return within 48 hours to re-clean the area of concern at no additional charge. Please note that we do not offer refunds; our guarantee is limited to re-cleaning the specific areas of dissatisfaction.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Our teams are scheduled in advance to ensure reliable service.

  • 48-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.
  • Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee.
  • Same-Day/Lockout: If our team arrives and cannot access the property (lockout) or the service is cancelled upon arrival, the Client will be charged 50% of the total service cost.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Estimates vs. Actuals: Online or phone quotes are estimates based on “average” home conditions. If a property is found to be in “heavy” condition (excessive buildup, pet hair, or clutter), we reserve the right to adjust the price or request additional time.
  • Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards. Recurring clients must keep a valid card on file.
  • First-Time Deep Clean: For recurring services, the initial visit is billed as a one-time Deep Clean at full price. Subsequent visits will reflect the discounted recurring rate.

4. Safety and Health Exclusions

For the safety of our staff, we do not perform the following:

  • Climbing: Maids will not climb higher than a standard 3-step ladder.
  • Heavy Lifting: We do not move furniture weighing over 25 lbs.
  • Biohazards: We do not clean animal/human waste, blood, mold, or areas infested with insects.
  • Utilities: Electricity and water must be turned on. If utilities are off, we will reschedule and a lockout fee may apply.

5. Liability and Damage

Our teams exercise extreme care; however, accidents can happen.

  • Reporting: Any perceived damage must be reported within 24 hours of service.
  • Wear and Tear: We are not liable for damage resulting from “normal wear and tear,” such as brittle blinds, improperly hung shelving, or pre-existing carpet snags.
  • Valuables: Items valued over $200 (collectibles, heirlooms, jewelry) should be secured or disclosed in writing before the clean. We do not assume the risk of cleaning these specific items unless explicitly agreed upon.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Access: Please ensure we have a key, a door code, or that someone is present to let us in.
  • Pets: For the safety of our team and your pets, please secure aggressive or intimidated animals in a separate room or crate.
  • Infectious Disease: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if anyone in the household is ill. We reserve the right to reschedule to protect our staff.

7. Non-Solicitation Agreement

Our cleaners are our most valuable asset. By using our service, you agree not to solicit or hire any current or former The Cleaners 702 employee for private cleaning services for a period of 12 months following their last day of employment with us. Violation of this clause results in a referral fee of $2,500.00.

The “24-Hour Rule”: Most Vegas leaders (Superb Maids, Merry Maids) use a 24-hour window for damage or dissatisfaction claims. Using the same window protects you from “delayed” complaints.

The “Utilities” Clause: This is critical in Las Vegas for move-in/move-out cleans. Don’t waste a trip if the AC and water are off in July.
