The Three Stages of a Construction Clean
Rough Clean
For larger builds, a first pass during construction removes debris, packaging and heavy dust after major trades finish, so the final clean is not fighting weeks of buildup.
Final Clean
After the work is done, the full detail clean: dust removal top to bottom, residue and sticker removal, fixtures and appliances polished, floors cleaned carefully for new finishes.

Yes. Construction dust is finer and spreads everywhere, and residue from paint, grout and adhesives needs different techniques. It takes more time and more careful work than a residential deep clean.

Can you clean the day of the final walkthrough?
