Our move-in and move-out cleaning is a deep clean designed for vacant properties. Tenants use it to get their security deposit back. Sellers use it before closing. Inside Cabinets, Drawers and Closets
Every cabinet and drawer wiped inside and out, shelves cleaned, closet rods and shelving dusted, and crumbs and debris removed from corners landlords check first.
Kitchen and Appliances
Inside and outside of the refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher; range hood degreased; sink and fixtures scrubbed; countertops and backsplash cleaned.
Bathrooms
Hard-water and soap-scum removal, toilets cleaned top to base, mirrors, vanities, drawers and medicine cabinets wiped inside and out.
Walls, Trim and Floors
Baseboards, door frames, doors, switch plates and outlet covers wiped; spot-cleaning of scuffs on walls where the paint allows; floors vacuumed and mopped edge to edge; cobwebs cleared.
Move-In Cleaning
A move-in clean covers the same list before your furniture arrives. Even a freshly turned-over rental or a newly built home carries dust, residue and whatever the last crew left behind. Sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms before you use them is the main reason customers book it. For a brand-new build or a remodel, choose post-construction cleaning instead, since construction dust needs different equipment.
Before We Arrive
Two things make a move clean go smoothly. First, utilities must be on. In a Las Vegas summer we cannot clean a home with no power for air conditioning or no running water, and a trip to a home with utilities off has to be rescheduled. Second, the home should be empty of belongings, so we can reach everything on the checklist.
Pricing
We quote a flat rate using bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage and condition. Move cleans take longer than a routine clean because every interior surface gets attention, so we price them as the deep clean they are, with no hourly surprises.

Will this guarantee my deposit back?
We clean to the standard most Las Vegas landlords and property managers inspect for. Deposit decisions also depend on damage and wear, which cleaning cannot fix, so we cannot guarantee the outcome.
Can you clean the same day I move out?
Often, yes, if we have a crew available. Booking a few days ahead gives you the best chance at the time you want.
Do you clean carpets?
Our move clean vacuums carpets thoroughly. Tell us if you also need carpet shampooing and we will let you know what we can arrange.
How far in advance should I book a move-out clean?
A week ahead is ideal, especially at the end of the month when most leases turn over. We will fit shorter notice when a crew is available.
Do you clean garages?
Garage sweeping can be added on request. Oil stains on the garage floor are handled through our pressure washing service.
