What Our Deep Clean Includes
Kitchen
Degreasing of cabinet fronts and handles, backsplash, stovetop and range hood; inside of the microwave; outside of all appliances; sinks and fixtures scrubbed and polished; countertops cleared, cleaned and reset. Inside the oven and refrigerator can be added when you book.
Bathrooms
Hard-water and soap-scum removal on shower glass, tubs and tile; grout scrubbed; toilets cleaned inside, outside and behind the base; mirrors, vanities and fixtures polished; floors washed by hand along the edges.
Living Areas and Bedrooms
Baseboards, door frames, doors and light switches wiped; blinds and window sills dusted; ceiling fans and reachable vents cleared of dust; furniture surfaces dusted and polished; floors vacuumed and mopped, including under light furniture we can safely move.
Detail Work
Cobweb removal in corners and high ceilings within reach of a standard step ladder, lamp shades, picture frames, and interior window glass on request.
Who Books a Deep Clean
Most of our deep cleaning customers fall into a few groups: homeowners starting a regular schedule, families preparing for guests or a party, sellers getting ready for photos and showings, and renters who want their deposit back. If you are moving, our move-in and move-out cleaning is a deep clean designed for an empty home. If you just finished a remodel, you need post-construction cleaning, which handles drywall dust and debris a regular deep clean cannot.
How Pricing Works
We quote a flat rate before we start. To do that we ask four things: bedrooms, bathrooms, approximate square footage, and how much the home needs on a scale of one to five. A lightly lived-in home and one that has not had a thorough cleaning in a year take very different amounts of time, and the scale lets us price that fairly instead of surprising you afterward. If you move to a recurring schedule, the deep clean is your first visit and every visit after it is billed at the lower recurring rate.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee
If any area is not right, tell us within 24 hours and we will come back within 48 hours to re-clean it at no charge. That is written into our terms of service, along with the few things we do not do for safety reasons, such as climbing above a three-step ladder or moving furniture heavier than 25 pounds.
What to Expect on Cleaning Day
Your crew arrives inside the time window we confirmed and walks the home with you, or with the notes you left if you will be out. We start high and work down, dusting fans, vents and upper shelves before touching counters and floors, so nothing we clean gets dusted over again. Kitchens and bathrooms get the most time because that is where grease and hard-water buildup live. Before leaving, the crew lead checks each room against the checklist.
Preparing Your Home
Pick up clutter from counters and floors so we can spend the time cleaning rather than tidying. Secure valuables worth more than $200 or tell us about them in writing. Put pets that are nervous around strangers in a closed room or crate. That is all we need.
Add-Ons Worth Considering
Inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, interior windows, and wiping inside empty cabinets are the most requested extras. Add them to your notes when you book, and we will include them in your flat rate.

How long does a deep clean take?
Most homes take one crew between three and six hours, depending on size and condition. We give you a time window when we confirm your booking.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many customers leave a key or a door code. Just let us know how we will get in when you book.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. Our crew brings cleaning products and equipment. If you prefer we use a specific product in your home, leave it out and we will use it.
What is the difference between a deep clean and a standard clean?
A standard clean maintains a home that is already in good shape. A deep clean reaches the buildup a standard clean does not: baseboards, vents, fans, grout, hard-water film and the insides of appliances on request.
How often should I get a deep clean?
Most homes benefit from a deep clean once or twice a year, or as the first visit before starting recurring service.
